Take Charge of Your Heart Health at the Library!

McDowell County Public Library is excited to announce a new partnership with the American Heart Association to help promote heart health and wellness in our community!

Both the Marion and Old Fort libraries will offer blood pressure monitoring stations where patrons can conveniently check their blood pressure. Educational resources will also be available to help you understand healthy blood pressure levels, develop heart-healthy habits, and discover simple ways to improve your overall well-being.

Want to keep track of your blood pressure at home? Both library locations will also have blood pressure monitor kits available for checkout!
