Teen Time/Adolescentes: Teen D&D/ D&D para adolescentes

Every Tuesday| 5-7 PM | Old Fort Library

Come join up for the next adventure at our weekly D&D club! Beginners are always welcome, and the group is level 5. This program is made possible by donations from community members and our friends at MagiKids.

Teen Time/Adolescentes: Galaxy in a Jar/ Galaxia en un Frasco

Thursday, March 5th| 4-5 PM | Marion Library

Teens are invited to join us to create their own mini galaxy! Using cotton, color, and a little creativity, we’ll design swirling galaxies inside jars, each one totally unique.

¡Invitamos a los adolescentes a acompañanos para crear su propia minigalaxia! Con algodón, color y un poco de creatividad, diseñaremos galaxias en espiral dentro de frascos, cada una totalmente única.

 

 

Teen Time/Adolescentes: Mosaic Suncatchers/Atrapasueños de mosaico

Thursday, March  19th| 4-5 PM | Marion Library

Middle and high school students are invited to create a unique suncatcher using a blend of watercolors and clear glue.

All Ages!/ Todas las Edades!: Stringed Instrument Learn & Jam/ Aprende y toca instrumentos de cuerda

Saturday, March 7th & March 21st| 1-3 PM | Old Fort Library

 

Come learn some basics on how to play stringed instruments in a low-pressure environment, or just share and jam out with other musicians! We’re focusing on guitar, but if you have a ukulele, mandolin, or dulcimer, we can help you out!

Some instruments provided, but bring yours if you have one!

Ven a aprender lo básico sobre cómo tocar instrumentos de cuerda en un ambiente relajado, o simplemente comparte y disfruta con otros músicos. Nos centramos en la guitarra, pero si tienes un ukelele, una mandolina o un dulcémele, ¡podemos ayudarte! Se proporcionan algunos instrumentos, ¡pero trae el tuyo si tienes uno!

All Ages!/ Todas las Edades!: Game Night/ Noche de juegos

Come hang out at our monthly game night in our Old Fort branch! Whether you prefer classic board games like Catan, card games like Magic the Gathering, or something else entirely, we’d love to have you!
