MATCH: Free Tax Prep
Monday, April 6th & 13th | 2-5:30 PM | Marion Branch
Wednesday, April 1st, 8th, & 15th | 2-5:30 PM | Old Fort Branch
MATCH will be providing free tax preparation assistance;
all staff are tax law certified by the IRS and can assist with tax preparation and e-filing of state and federal returns.
Be sure to bring photo IDs, if filing jointly both parties must be present, and all necessary tax forms.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged.

Adult Craft & Create: Flower Pot Gnomes

Join us for a fun and relaxing adult craft as we create adorable flower pot gnomes using simple materials and a touch of creativity.
This charming craft will add personality to any home.

a heartwarming debut novel about a 70-year-old widow, Tova,
who works at an aquarium and forms an unlikely friendship with Marcellus,
an elderly, intelligent giant Pacific octopus.

The library will be there sharing information about our Seed Library –

History Club

North Carolina has one of the highest concentrations of Scots-Irish ancestry in the United States.
Many of these ancestors took part in the American Revolution and were some of the earliest White pioneers in Western North Carolina.
Learn about the rich history of the Scots-Irish in Western North Carolina.
Adult Craft & Create: Preserved Flowers

Join us for a beautiful and relaxing craft as we preserve dried flowers in oil-filled glass vials,
creating delicate keepsakes that capture a bit of nature’s beauty.

Spice Club: Mint

Love to cook or try new flavors? Join our Spice Club!
On the first Friday of each month, pick up a free sample of mint along with a few recipes to try at home.
( Pick up will be Thursday, April 2nd this month, due to the Easter holiday).
Then, come back on the last Friday, April 24th, to swap dishes, share your cooking experiences, and chat with fellow food lovers.
